SMART TD Local 1241 is one of the 11 locals under the umbrella of the General Committee of Adjustment GO-017 (former Santa Fe Coastlines). Local 1241 represents approximately 160 BNSF TY&E employees from Richmond/Oakland (road), Stockton, and Riverbank. GO-017 also represents SMART TD Locals 113, 771, 811, 1081, 1252, 1544, 1581, 1674, 1694, and 1730.
